Al Marshal has been in and around the music and entertainment business for as long as he can remember. Also, being the son of a drummer, he has had a chance to see a lot of the ins and outs of the entertainment world.
He is an accomplished drummer in his own right having worked with artists such as Freddie Hubbard, Spearhead, El De Barge, and many local acts. He plays locally in the Bay area on a regular basis. Al joined the AEC team in the summer of 2001 with the idea of developing his skills in the business and production end of entertainment. He is now working on developing relationships with new talent as well as creating and organizing a new network database designed to make it easier for agents to communicate with clients, talent, and vendors by integrating all of the contact information into one huge database. "Every day is a learning experience, says Al." "It is like a college all over again." Al is constantly growing and learning "The Ropes" by watching and listening to what is going on around him. He is a fine addition to the AEC team and the sky's the limit with this guy.
