Born & raised on the Peninsula, Eddie Kertel Joined AEC in 1997. Eddie brings a "Directors Eye" to AEC.
Over the past 18 years Eddie has directed, performed in, and overseen the technical and musical aspects of over 50 musical theater productions. His extensive theater experience allows him to provide an incredibly unique understanding of the relationships required between vendor and client to create a successful event.
"I enjoy the diversity of our work at AEC. Most agencies only deal with a few aspects of entertainment and production, here were providing everything from a caricature artist to Colin Powell, managing bands, providing full production services and working as an extension of a caterer, hotel, DMC or event planner all on a daily basis. My philosophy is to help create a successful event by providing quality product and service while maintaining the integrity of the budget."
Prior to working at AEC, Eddie was the Athletics Director for the Pacific Athletic Club in Redwood Shores, where he was responsible for creating day trips, special events, golf tournaments and running athletic leagues for the members. These responsibilities have given him an intimate knowledge of where to go and what to do in the Bay Area.
With his unique insight and humor combined with outstanding customer service skills and sensitivity to the clients needs, Eddie is an important an integral part to the success of AEC.
