BNO - Boyz Nite Out - became a group in October 1993 with the finest vocalists. The group competed in the 1995 Harmony Sweepstakes competition and, in that same year, became the 1995 Harmony Sweepstakes Bay Area Champions. BNO has shared stages with: Ray Charles, "Michael McDonald (Formerly of the Doobie Brothers)", "E.L.O. (Electric Light Orchestra)", Az Yet, Kevin Sharp, Rain, and many others. BNO's debut album, "RHO SHAM BO", " features 10 incredibly-astounding songs and has won multiple recording & songwriting awards.
Extensive national touring -- highlighted by several performances at Candlestick Park (aka 3 Com Park) for the San Francisco Giants, Cincinnati Reds, Oakland A's, Sacramento Kings, and Sacramento Knights --pushed them further into the limelight. Like all the classic singing groups, Boyz Nite Out proved to be at their best live on stage, wowing audiences with their flawless singing and infectious showmanship. When all the dust had settled, Boyz Nite Out's debut album, "RHO SHAM BO", ", had sailed to the top of the A Cappella Charts with 2 1997 Contemporary Acappella Recording Awards for "Blackjack" and "Crazy." Fittingly, the group won official kudos from the public and the industry alike. To top it all off, Boyz Nite Out delivered a rousing Grammy show performance of "Baby Doll" while hosting the 1996 Harmony Sweepstakes in San Francisco's Palace of Fine Arts. In the course of 18 whirlwind months, BNO had not only risen to the top of the Acappella Charts, but they'd established themselves as versatile performers with limitless potential.
