BIG CITY REVUE
Catering
Please read this carefully. In order for the band to perform at their best, we
ask that you feed them well. Travel, set up and sound check time for a performance
such as yours can take several hours. In most cases, the band will not be able
to take the time to eat or replenish fluids throughout the day. Because of this,
we ask that you give special attention to the following requests.
BEVERAGE REQUIREMENTS to be provided at load in/set up and to be replenished,
as needed, throughout the day.
1) 2 cases of iced assorted sodas
2) 1 case pure bottled water
3) 16 Oz plastic cups or the equivalent
4) Fresh Ice
5) Hot coffee and tea with milk, lemon, sugar and sweetener
MEAL OPTIONS
One of the following dinner options to be provided 90 minutes before show time
unless management in writing has approved other arrangements
1) Hot meals for all band members and band crew
Suggested menu
· Broiled chicken breast or lean beef or the equivalent
· Potato, pasta or rice
· Salad – Caesar or mixed green
· Bread or rolls and butter
· Dessert – cake, cookies and/or pie
· Beverages as noted above
2) Delicatessen foods
Suggested menu
· Lean cold cuts –roast beef, fresh turkey, Pastrami, ham
· Vegetables – lettuce, sliced tomatoes and onions, pickles
· Potato and/or pasta salad
· Condiments - Mayonnaise, Dijon and regular mustard
· Bread and sandwich making rolls i.e. Kaiser, sour dough
· Dessert – cake, cookies and/or pie
· Beverages as noted above
1) A $25.00 per person food buy out to be provided in cash at the conclusion
of the sound check so long as there is sufficient time for the band members
to get to a restaurant, eat dinner, change into stage attire and return to the
venue a minimum of 30 minutes before show time.
IF THIS OPTION IS CHOSEN, beverages must still be provided for sound check
and throughout the evening’s performance.

Power requirements
A minimum of five (5) 20-amp circuits should be available at the stage for
the band’s sound and back line equipment.
A qualified lighting technician should determine power requirements for additional
lighting.
Dressing Room
Dressing rooms should be lockable and well lighted and include:
Table and chairs for 15, dressing mirror, 18 hand towels, and clothes rack.
There should be a private men’s and ladies room in close proximity to
the dressing room.
Lighting
Lighting should be a minimum of 32 Par 64 lighting instruments on trusses or
light trees. When trees are used, Big City requires a follow spot with operator.
For larger concert style events, a full-scale lighting plot will be provided.
