Kaweh is a local artist in the San Francisco Bay Area in California. His music can be best described as World Jazz Nuevo Flamenco with a touch of Latin, Brazilian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors with vocals in English, Spanish, Italian and German.
Kaweh was born in Saarbruecken, Germany and lived his first seven years there. Having lived in Europe, he was introduced to many types of music in various languages from all over the world early on. He did spent four and a half years in Iran acquiring the Farsi language and some of the culture. Hence, the middle eastern influence in his music.
After earning a Specialized Audio Engineering degree from Full Sail, Winter Park, Florida in 1998, he started recording "Seven"(2000). This debut album consists of jazz, folk, funk, fusion and middle eastern rock, featuring five vocal tracks and 4 instrumentals with a 17.5 minute bonus track on solo guitar. Kaweh has over 100 compositions in various genres and languages and he is now recording the next album. This album's focus is more on nuevo flamenco and jazz instrumentals.

| This group is comprised of excellent musicians, who perform with meticulous technique, which gives them the freedom of spontanaity to express the soul of their musei. As a musician, I am free to just listen and enjoy the experience. |

| I have been at Kaweh's performance. Kaweh offers great entertainment, and makes it fun to listen. In particular, I enjoy the way he harmonizes, and combines his artistic band instruments. It is just hard not to dance to his music. I highly recommend Kaweh. |
