The Hahbi'Ru Dance Ensemble is dedicated to preserving not only the physical movements of the dances but, more importantly, the spiritual energy of a tribal family. Accompanied by authentic instruments, Hahbi'Ru Dance Ensemble takes the audience on a sensory journey back in time. Audiences have been impressed and deeply moved by the infectious rhythms of the dumbek and tabla beladi and the haunting melodies of the zorna and nai. The six dancers and four musicians of Hahbi'Ru Dance Ensemble have had solo as well as ensemble careers spanning over two decades.
